Monopolies are generally bad but Microsoft does seem to be doing a decent enough job with all the other studios they have scooped up. If we can get Bobby Kotick out of the picture seems like a win to me.
I disagree. Microsoft has recently purchased developers and made their games exclusive to Xbox. This is the exact fear people have letting them acquire activation/blizzard and the fear is based on past behavior.

The review process is bullshit. If you’re perfectly happy in your job and you’re doing amazing, they fire you for not getting promoted.

Also Redfall was kinda a disaster. I believe the only games that have really paid off have been Hellblade and Hi-Fi Rush.
