I could never move to a region where tap water is not drinkable. F to all my hydrohomies that can’t enjoy tap water.
Real, love me some tap water.
Tapwater isn’t free. It’s cheap though. But it is just hard to believe that even in first world countries there are places where tapwater isn’t high quality drinkable water. I went to Cambodia, where tapwater isn’t really safe to drink. Sure, I can understand that. But a friend of mine lives in a large city in the US and the tap water contains high levels of arsenic and lead. Like, wtf dude!
Your mistake is thinking the US is a first world country
Fair point. It clearly is not, for a long long time already.
I have a well and a reverse osmosis system, and the water is amazing. I’ve never had water that tastes so good.
Same. Its the best. Though make sure you get enough minerals in your diet.
You can also add a remineralization cartridge that adds back some.
Bro, I live in a tiny little middle of nowhere town that happens to have some of the best tap water I’ve ever had. I feel very lucky coming from Orlando where if I filled up my bathtub, there was so much chlorine it was like sky blue.
Well water cannot be beat.
Unless the ground nearby contains some off tasting minerals. Friend’s dad had a well on his property but there was some kind of sulphur deposit in the ground or something because it made the tap water stink and taste bad. Like farty water. You had to boil it to get rid of the flavour.
If you’re only drinking RO water, you also have to make sure you drink an equal amount of beer to remineralize your bones. It’s for health.
Way ahead of ya friend.
