He has “all that” wealth by our standards but by the standards of really influencing the system he doesnt have a pot to piss in. His net worth isnt widely available but assuming he is worth personally a quarter of a billion the most expensive apartment in Manhattan would leave him broke.
He has more than he needs definitely and I do agree with your point, but to be a global power player millions doesnt even come close anymore.
