Sure, it’s not fast, and it’s definitely not light. But as a last-mile machine that you can literally roll into an elevator, it nails the task.
Imagine buying this and then the elevator in your building breaks down and now your lugging the equivalent of another person up five flights of stairs.
Definitely the Achilles heel of the concept. Also: luggage weight restrictions (but if that’s an incentive to go by train, I’m calling it a win).
Couldn’t possibly pass up the opportunity to ride a suitcase around the carriage!
Note that the thumbnail is not a before/after. It actually looks like it folds out more to be perhaps rideable
It’s pretty similar to the Motocompacto from Honda
Coming to the next James Bond movie.
There was a fight scene involving an e-board in this show called Rabbit Hole that was pretty cool (decent show too); I imagine having some sort of micromobility fight/chase in confined spaces could make for a good action sequence.
Hilarious!
Wait. This is actually a genuinely good idea.
What’s with the empty space on the right? Does the suitcase them fold down into thin air??
