    Thanks for sharing! Unsolicited criticism incoming. Are those soybeans and corn? Interesting pairing. Carrot could be a great addition. Sweet/green onion? Maybe some radicchio if it’s in budget. With penne, you have a golden opportunity to use small pieces that will get lodged in the pasta. I would probably do a rough mince on some ingredients or just pulse everything in the food processor a few times. The other angle for pasta salad is stickiness; you want to stab a piece of pasta with your fork and have lots of veggies come along for the ride. To that end, more sauce!
