Yup. My current every day meal plan:
Eggs, bacon, cheese, pico de gallo, avacado and flour/Greek yogurt bread
Greek yogurt, oatmeal, protein powder, sweetener, chocolate chips, blueberries
Cheese hamburger, ketchup/mustard, pico de gallo
This pretty much means my meal prep is making a batch of pico de gallo and processing 2 gallons of milk into Greek yogurt over the week.
The rest of the cooking I’ve got figured out with a microwave only and an oven for the bread.
I certainly won’t claim 4 years solid on it thought - so interested to here what your meal plan is. I can certainly go for months with the same thing and then maybe I’ll cycle in another meal and go for months with that.
