This looks like such a good use of an IP and a tech that works and people love!
Can’t tell if this is sarcasm.

“What’s the most exciting thing we can think of doing in a flight simulator?”
“How about outrunning a very slow moving haboob?”
“Genius, Bob!”
Damn, i love that word
Not as good as derecho but it’s very good.
I can’t wait to have a hair raising chase where I misjudge a movement and narrowly crash into a rock sending a fireball into the sky and scattering debris everywhere. Or you know, the screen could cut to black cause plane crashes still bad
It’s a licencing issue. The manufacturers won’t allow Microsoft to use the real names and trademarks if the planes are shown destroyed.
what
I really love these out there collabs lmao
Because this is about the 4th recent trailer I’ve seen playback at this weird slow frame rate: is it just me? The Death Stranding 2 trailer was also slow and choppy like this but it was super early footage so I just assumed it was from that, but now I’m wondering if a setting is messed up on my browser.
Supposedly it’s 60 fps. Right click and do the stats for nerds and see if you’re dropping frames.
That said it doesn’t really feel like consistent 60 fps. Some parts definitely look like it wasn’t recorded in 60 or something.
I’ve never looked at that before so I’m not sure what it means that more than 80% of the frames were being dropped. Is that bad?
Yeah that’s really bad. What are the specs of your machine? My i9 rtx 3080 laptop was dropping a few frames with the video at 4k, but the viewable picture closer to 1440p.
This is on my phone, actually.
This looks very pretty. But I can’t help looking at it and thinking about the mechanical implausibility of getting that flappy thing to fly. It looks like shrapnel waiting to happen. I never usually have a problem suspending disbelief in games, I think the ‘simulator’ label makes my brain expect something grounded in reality.
Kind of looks like how a dragonfly moves.
They’re making another one? Fuck. My pc can’t even run the current one. The current one has better than real life graphics, what more do people want? Is Nvidia giving everyone at Microsoft blowjobs or something? Give people time to catch up ffs.
I’m glad I don’t care for flight sims because fsx, the one before the current one, doesn’t run well on modern pcs because of its stupid 4gb ram limit crashes. I’m not playing in fucking 800x600 just to avoid a crash.
It literally says expansion in the video. Seems you just needed to get that out.
It’s an expansion, not a new game.
I wonder if you get to play as an armed Alec Baldwin.
