My spouse ended up doing this with dark souls, fuck blight town, but they were also calling bullshit on O & S. I beat Gwyn while they were at work and it gets brought up all the damn time. I’m on Factorio now and they don’t get why managing resources/logistics is fun.

What do you mean?! Massive poison swamps are the best part of any soulsbourne…ring…sekiro-type game. Some might say the hallmark. I didn’t actually finish Sekiro, so maybe there isn’t one.

/s (except for the Sekiro part).

O&S are stupid hard on the first playthrough.

I always summoned Solaire to help me through that fight. Jolly cooperation to even the odds!

I’m fairly sure my husband does this for me, just as I do for him. We know how far to let one another struggle before fun becomes frustration. I love playing single player games as a couple.

Ruining his fun for 6 years. He’d be crushed if he saw this tweet.

If he didn’t want help, he wouldn’t take suggestions in the first place. Also, bud out of relationships you’re not a part of. Your insecurities don’t apply to the rest of humanity.

To be fair, none of us are part of this relationship, except that the OP decided to share that piece of their life with the whole world

Do you seriously think I’m trying to give relationship advice to the poster of this tweet?

Isn’t it hard to say if the fun has been ruined? I would argue that being stuck on any particular part of a game is frustrating as fuck and i will eventually look for help online if im stuck for too long. I have more fun not beating my head against a wall, and frankly, when my wife shows an interest in my gaming, it’s actually quite validating and makes me love her more.

I think that you are either a bit sour and are projecting or you are just trying to poke and get a response like a troll. Or something like that.

But i dont know. I just think your statement is invalid.

Of course it’s hard to say because I don’t know the person in question. My comment was not that serious nor had any sour intent. Just like you don’t enjoy beating your head against a challenge there are plenty of people who are the opposite.

That would be maybe the last thing that would upset me about a relationship I was in.

It’s not like she was sleeping around on him.
