So poor Willow had to go to the vet for a nail trim as she seems to have gotten lazy in her old age. Largely ignored any scratching posts as she preferred the fence/raised borders outside but is now scared of outside too! (Me too Willow 🤣)
Got her a new scratching post and on the 3rd day (and much catnip spray) we have a scratching session! Hopefully we can keep her using it and save on the vet bills!
Yeah I only recently first read that people bring their cats to the vet for trimming claws. I didn’t even know that was an option before. I couldn’t imagine having to pay for all that.
