Are there drivers for Windows with a control panel? Is the documentation open for it to get into mesa, or a binary like Nvidia’s drivers?

And? I can claim to have a GPU as powerful as Nvidia, I need to prove and show the price, power usage and temp to see if it’s really equivalent
