I’ve kinda wondered this since getting dogs and learning just how much normal human foods can make them sick besides chocolate. Since raccoons often get into human food via trash cans, I would hate for them to get sick because they ate an onion or something.
Yes, there are foods that are toxic to raccoons, like chocolate, avocados, onions, garlic, and excessive sugar (which for a raccoon is not a lot of sugar).
