When coming from an NSFW post, both the post links and any links in comments should open in an incognito tab by default, instead of a regular tab. This is the main reason I currently use the (pretty broken) internal browser ATM.
I believe there is an intent to handle this, see https://conn.dev/chrome-incognito.html (which also seems to work for other browsers).
For what it’s worth, I use Firefox with the settings “Open links in private tab”. So anytime I click on something, it’s always private. Saves a lot of time when friends send you weird URL at work…

Firefox Focus is great for stuff like this.
I used to use it to open all links and it minimises the amount you’re tracked. If you open tweets, YouTube, Facebook posts etc they’re not connected to your account, and there was a simple button to open it in regular Firefox if desired.
