How? What? Did they ask for an abstract advice (which makes a bit of sense), or about actual events in their lives? Companies do have a lot of personal data on us, but not that much.

this almost sounds like a ‘the office’ scene
Kinda similar but completely different: one of my friends sorts his whole life into a set of notes so he has all his friends and what they like and what he needs to do for them, etc. Difference is these are notes that he uses not ai and he actually has a condition where this kind of organization really helps.
I just remembered a story one my teachers once shared about his cousin. This woman, who in reality lived alone in a remote area, had always seemed to lead a vibrant life, sharing tales of her children and family over the phone. However, one day she suddenly passed away. When my teacher visited her home, he made a shocking discovery: piles of notebooks filled with meticulous records of the false stories she had told to others. It became clear that beneath her cheerful facade lay a deep sadness and isolation.
