He’s got his own pillows and blankets but still chooses to lay on the floor using the runner as a blanket and the wall as his pillow. He’s only three but he came up to me the other day and said “father the material things you provided me, while a kind gesture, will only serve to make me more dependent on unnecessary comforts. I choose to reject these not out of lack of appreciation, but out of necessity to keep me from forming attachments to the material world.” And then he licked his empty ball sack for ten minutes
might be he likes the floor because it’s cool and doesn’t want pillows and blankets because they’re warm and he’s trying to cool down.
He just wants my blanket and pillows. If I call him up on my bed he’ll crawl under the blankets and nuzzle up on my pillow. We tried sleeping with a blanket and pillow for a few weeks to get our stank on it before putting it on his bed and still does this. Love this weird little goob
