This sounds highly unlikely, and might be Russian propaganda to split the extremely strong alliance between Denmark and Ukraine.
This is the home page of the company:
    https://balticcontrol.com/about-us-1

Unfortunately I don’t understand the language of the article, but obviously it would not be legal under Danish law to help Russia, and obviously not to steal Ukrainian grain either.
If the claim of the headline were true this would be a major scandal in Denmark.

Edit I did put the article through translation, but it quickly devolved into a graphics nightmare that is near impossible to navigate.

        Thanks.
It’s a very long article, and I must admit I still don’t understand what it is it is trying to claim?
There are way too many seemingly irrelevant details. For instance how are all those stats about sizes of the ships relevant to the point the article is trying to make.

The only really significant part I got out of it was:

Baltic Control Novorossiysk” LLC was created in 2013. Over the last three years, the company has continued to operate in Russia, earning almost RUR 370 million last year.

And I agree sanctions on Russia are not hard enough. IMO they should be total, including for instance not allowing Russian athletes to play in Europe.

A Russian athlete playing in Europe is just like a company operating in Europe to make money. I simply don’t understand why we allow them to come hare?

I just checked the Danish newspapers online, and only found one article about this. It didn’t provide much new information, other than a retried professor stating that is it if true, then it works not be a war-crime, just merely a breach of sanctions. We have had a few Danish companies apparently aiding the Russians exposed so far, one more to the phone would not be unlikely I guess.
