I mean…if they REALLY wanted to make a political statement (which LUSH has done in the states in the past) they would have EVERY Lush close. Just so odd they didn’t do it. I’m assuming Lush US is under some other kind of ownership?

I’m sure they’re still paying their workers though right? Right?

Right at the end of the article.

They also closed their uk stores so their staff could attend the 2019 climate rally in the UK. They genuinely seem to be a good corporation.

It mentions agency staff getting paid, unless they only employ agency staff.

Cheers, sorry I was gonna look on my lunch break. But yeah seems like a decent company, a rarity these days.

More serious politics should go in !uk_politics@feddit.uk.

Posts should be related to UK-centric news, and should be either a link to a reputable source, or a text post on this community.

Opinion pieces are also allowed, provided they are not misleading/misrepresented/drivel, and have proper sources.

If you think “reputable news source” needs some definition, by all means start a meta thread.

Disappointing comments will generally be left to fester in ratio, outright horrible comments will be removed.
