The court is expected to weigh in on same-sex marriage next session, which it legalized in 2015

On the other hand a nice motor coach or all expense paid vacation will go a very long way in determining cases.

Bribes and ideology determine supreme court cases.

      It’s pure ideology.

The bribes are just to keep him from retiring.

Frankly, we need someone that will use the new and expanded powers of the king dictator president to root out the traitors and reward them as traitors deserve, because they are legion.

Literally every law in human history is “something somebody dreamt up and others went along with”. That’s how laws get made.

So he’s basically saying laws don’t matter to him and he will do whatever he wants whenever he wants to whomever he feels like.

Unless they give him a $300,000 motor coach that is. Then he’ll do whatever you want baby ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Precedent might not determine cases but you know what will? A new luxury RV!

We, as citizens, really need a process to remove supreme court judges.

2nd amendment was a farce to let the rich white men own guns to control the poors that couldn’t afford it.

“Do as I say, not as I do”

As soon as the minorities take up guns, the 2nd will be superseded by some other law to make it criminal. See black panther.

The centuries-established foundation of the US legal system might not determine cases on upcoming supreme court docket.

I guess we can blame everyone who lied for why those telling the truth weren’t automatically taken seriously.

They may want to re-rule on every case they didn’t like the ruling on and will then enforce it more stringently then any of the rulings they disagreed with, ever were. They are effectively pulling off a massive, foundational shift in how American political power functions and they will not give back any new powers they grant themselves.

I suppose that’s a good precedent should the future Supreme Court ever be un-compromised.
