The hostility is entirely unnecessary. If you eat out and don’t tip, the only person you’re hurting is the person you claim to want to help. If you can’t tip, eat at home. If you can, then do so while still fighting for better workers rights. It’s really not a difficult concept to grasp.
It’s worth mentioning that, while “phobia” can mean “an irrational fear of,” it also often means “an irrational intolerance of,” such as in the case of homophobia. It’s not a fear, it’s an intolerance.
Interesting how you neglected to bring up all of the straight, white, male, conservative, cisgender mass shooters that outweigh LGBT/BLM shooters by several orders of magnitude. Acting like the issue doesn’t skew drastically in one direction is disingenuous at best.
kbin definitely feels more… idk polished? compared to Lemmy. Lemmy feels like a proof of concept, while kbin feels like effort was actually put into it’s UI. I bounce between both, but I certainly prefer kbin.
