Fair enough. The US has been just fine with regards to the wide availability of his particular form of THC.
We’re not living in a world of “Reefer Madness”.

The little info (i) box on Billboards website actually cites their data, “The week’s most popular downloaded songs, ranked by sales data as compiled by Luminate.” Which I assume refers to luminatedata.com
Sadly their data (the numbers specifically) aren’t publicly available.

Paul will cave and allow this to pass, this is what he does almost every time.
That being said, I hope he doesn’t. If Congress wants to increase regulation for hemp derived THC (also called Delta 8 THC) then put together a separate bill and run it through the process.
That won’t happen because Congress doesn’t actually pass bills anymore. They just lump everything together and slap “must pass” on it.
Also this quote is fun,
Manufacturers of beverage alcohol, one of the most highly regulated consumer products, urge the Senate to reject Sen. Paul’s attempts to allow hemp-derived THC products to be sold devoid of federal regulation and oversight across the country
This type of THC has been available for several years with minimal regulation and the US has been just fine.

I think it’s worth clarifying that it’s #1 on Billboard’s Country Digital Song Sales. That’s a specific category.
According to https://tasteofcountry.com/breaking-rust-explained-ai-country-song in order to reach number one would only take ~3,000 purchases.
That’s a shockingly low number, so if anyone can confirm that or has better numbers, I’d love to know.
But last time I brought a digital song, they cost $1. So for a couple thousand dollars any song could be number one in this category.
If I were an AI company swimming in money, that’s a drop in the bucket for some free publicity.
Lion Tamer Malva wants to fight!

On the one hand that seems a bit early, on the other this is Marvel’s big film that is meant to bring back people who have stopped watching the MCU. If the trailer does well, great, if not they have lots of time to adjust their marketing strategy.
We already know RDJ is playing Doom, so I expect the majority of the trailer will be focused on who Doom is and his goals (at least in part). It may even be in the hero style where Doom is our hero character.

A 40 minute video about dishwasher soap is either,
Win. Win.
Also it’s B. Great video.

Your hand.

I mean it is a cool idea. It’s not a cool idea for a last minute series finale, but it’s a cool idea.

How Simu Liu wasn’t the star and connective tissue of the MCU post Endgame I’ll never know.
We should have had three Shang Chi films in the build up to Doomsday, or at least three films with him in a leading role.
I hope he gets to do more post Secret Wars, but I fear we’re going to be leaning heavily into the X-Men, not that the X-Men are bad, I just want more Simu.

Especially with all the “Republicans are not in charge” talk Johnson has been spouting. Just start doing things, rules be damned. They’re not being followed anyway, so just start doing what you want to do.
Invite any Republicans who want to join in, even if they want to argue against it, that’s fine, just show yourself working. Either make Johnson show up and actually run things, or run things without him.

Sounds like a fun way to introduce the Young Avengers. I think the joke of this Kang being a first day Kang would have been a little lame on future watches.
Maybe instead you make it be one Kang observing some sort of Kang tournament. As soon as they defeat this Kang another one appears and just destroys (but not kill) them. Maybe capture them for future training. Or realistically just wipe them all out, but then cut to another universe where the Young Avengers did win.
Then you can end with them winning and losing, setting up the infinite of it all.

So I had trouble finding a breakdown of those 19 states and what the specifics of those laws are. In general what you have are 19 states who want to do it. However some of those 19 explicitly call out waiting to enact the law until A, the federal government first passes a similar law and/or B, neighboring states also pass similar laws.
Basically no one wants to go first, but they’re ready once everyone else is. While switching twice a year is painful, being the only one not to switch is also painful, possibly more than just switching.

I disagree, they’re about an hour off.

Lol, I underestimated how many “Moto G” phones there are. I have the “Moto G 5g” at the moment, but had the “Moto G power” historically. But there are like 5 phones a year with “Moto G54” or similar branding.
I found what looks like active wallpapers on my phone, but I didn’t see any ads. For me it was hidden away in the settings and I only recall seeing it when first setting up my phone since my launcher handles the wallpaper now.
I do remember a bunch of apps like TikTok and some random Solitaire game being installed “for my convenience” when the phone was first setup, but I could remove them completely.
I wonder if very specific versions install different crap.
It’s a bummer if so because it’s what I recommend to friends if they ask.

I’d be curious to know which phone model. I’ve only been using low end Motorola phones for years but I’ve never seen such a thing. I think mine have all been the Moto G series.

For Batman specifically I think it starts as a way to clean up Gotham. He’ll quit just as soon as Gotham is cleaned up. But of course it’s a neverending task. Plus even if he cleaned up Gotham, how can he stop there? How can he stop when there is so much left to do.
But! That’s why I like Batman working with the Justice League and Superman specifically. He can never go back to being Bruce Wayne, he’ll always be Batman, but at least with Superman he gets his moments of comfort, however brief they may be.
Batman is cursed to be Batman and not Bruce Wayne. That’s his character.
I’m not against changing some aspects of his character. And as you noted other characters strike a balance. But those are other characters. If we’re changing too much of a character, maybe we just tell that different character’s story instead.
As for Spider-Man, that is a character who, depending on the story and timeline of that story, does try to strike a balance. In terms of being poor I think it’s a matter of being independent. Whenever he works for someone, they tend to want to do things their way. Even if he agrees or he’s doing what he wanted to do, there is still that layer of dependence.

Why not? River Song met the 10th, 11th & 12th Doctor.
I expect the new show runner (I’m speculating a new show runner) won’t want to utilize characters they didn’t create, but who knows. Or maybe he’ll make an appearance in the holiday special (and Ncuti will pop back in as well).
That’s exactly what I’m thinking and hoping. I’ll have to wait for the reviews and longer gameplay, but if it’s Dragon Quest Builders + Pokemon then it should be a fun game.
