It takes me outside and helps me relax and it pushes me to focus on healthy food, good rest and recovery. Plus I can do it all alone or with friends depending on my mood.

Or plant a food forest with fruit trees, berry bushes etc. good for the environment, for recreation and for teaching kids about where food comes from while supplying some free food for whoever wants to do some picking.

Our oven has a timer build in that turns the oven off when it is finished. However, we couldn’t deal with the ticking noise it makes when on, so we use timers on our phone instead.
