It doesn’t have the same pests and diseases as in Europe to keep it in check.

the album this track is on has got to be one of my all time favorites.
sometimes it works
lame. create a legal path to execute the tobacco company execs instead.
I kinda don’t see the point of peeling that kind of potato. I get them entirely because of the thin skin and would just the bigger thicker skinned ones if I minded the skin.
I’ve sometimes just scrubbed off the skin with some steel wool like stuff though.
I wouldn’t take that as representative of the site as a whole. My guess is that they were just ironically “misbehaving” since the person they were replying to said they haven’t seen a Hexbear user misbehaving, but I could be wrong since we’re not a monolith in our thought processes or posting habits.
I’ll have to ask the council of indoor cats.
So sad that they removed that Moscow time clock from the front page. Was so easy to tell when the posting shifts started then.
unnecessary tbh
it took me an hour to scan and send 2 one page forms successfully. that’s about the same speed i could write everything on the pages by hand and address an envelope, so i’d say they work okay.
i like the taste of soap more tbh, but cilantro is alright.

While we might seem annoying, I don’t think a community that consistently uses content warnings for text posts is the right place to look if you’re trying to find the kinds of people who would post that kind of imagery en masse.
i use it with firefox. very solid adblock. never had a single issue over about three years.
I mean, the original article isn’t even biased towards the left. It’s just anti-interventionist but also actually recognizes what it calls prior successes of ECOWAS intervention and argues in favor of advancing American interests. The person you’re replying to is just paranoid about “leftist media.”
Responsible Statecraft is not “far leftist media with anti-American spin.” It’s actually a run by billionaire funded think tank which only accepts donations from within the United States. The author of this article is also the former senior editor of The American Conservative magazine.
doubt it’ll be removed. maybe if they get posted too often.
On a real note, walnuts aren’t bad, but pecans and hickories stay winning in the nut battle.
Some, like the ivy aphid are already in North America, but I’m not sure how much of a dent it actually makes. There’s great precedent for successful introduction of biocontrol agents for other invasive species. There’s also great precedent for catastrophic failures(especially in instances where there’s a native close relative of a target species), so it’s definitely something that needs to be very carefully explored and not to be done haphazardly.
