Apparently we just don’t know. I was a Mystery Snail rancher for a bit, sold 'em online. Fascinating animals. They’re both tough and weak, babies are tiny versions of the adults, never changing (no differences I could see), can survive and reproduce under hellish conditions, much more. Their mouth and tongue (radula) is freaky and fun to see in action. Imagine if your tongue rotated! Imagine your girl’s delight!

Some are useful in that they’re detritivores, only eating dead plant matter and fungi. Some will straight fuck up your crops. Bonus: You can eat them in revenge! (A dish best served hot. Cold snails, yuck.)

Must be a Medieval meme we’ll never understand. I can haz snail? I has a snail. Noooo they be stealin’ my snail! All your snail are belong to us. Chewbacca ate my snails!

Here, bore yourself. What else are you doing tonight?

Remember the moth memes around here? We need an onslaught of snails memes to puzzle future historians.

“Why were these ‘lemmings’ so fascinated by the common snail? We expose the truth here and now! Don’t forget to like and subscribe!”
