I was just perusing the modlog when I noticed something interesting. Apparently posting news about Gaza/Palestine is not allowed on !worldnews@sh.itjust.works. I decided to check the side bar and didn’t see anything. The only pinned post also does not indicate that this is not allowed

edit: the mod in question is @Eyekaytee@aussie.zone . sorry for not originally tagging. i hadn’t realized it was a rule that this must be done. i thought it seemed inappropriate since i was trying to initiate a conversation about a community’s rules and culture rather than start drama about an individual

        I support the right of Palestinian resistance, and have attacked antisemites on numerous occasions trying to use pro-Palestinian movements to further their agenda.

                There is no footage that proves a systemic rape by Hamas. That is a proven lie

                That’s not to say Hamas hasn’t raped people. This isn’t condoning Hamas. But to imply that hamas is more guilty of rape or that it is part of their overall strategy is stupid and Israeli propaganda.

                If I found evident that a Jewish person raped a Nazi, would that invalidate every Jewish person that fought back?

                    There being evidence of single isolated instances of rape does not equal to “Palestinian resitance is rape”. Saying that is only spreading the Israeli propaganda.
