    I have no problem with them blowing up pipelines and oil refineries…but can we please not fuck with nuclear power plants? We really shouldn’t be normalizing them as targets. This sets a very bad precedent.

      The power plant wasn’t a target. Russia downed the drone and it crashed into the plant as a result of that.

      The NNPP cooling tower was hit by a drone flying near the plant that was downed by electronic warfare, Russia’s Rosenergoatom claimed on Telegram. As a result, the agency said it hit the cooling tower of the No. 6 reactor and exploded upon impact.

      The source seems to be Russian itself, so I assume it’s reliable.
