Life is but a series of harshly earned moments of happiness in an otherwise slow and lengthy collapse into nothingness.

    Interesting:

It was discovered, decades-ago, that contrary to established-belief, drivers’ spines were not being wrecked by the rare big-whoops, but rather by the pervasive-vibration.

That suggests that the same might be true, psychically, not just biologically…

Which means that quality-of-sleep, quality-of-air, quality-of-rest, quality-of-water, quality-of-fitness-cycle ( 2d workout, 1d off, as an excellent default ), might have much more significant-effect than people ( including me! ) understand!

Which calls for some experimenting, in our lives, doesn’t it?

If we MAKE the baseline-level be more profoundly restful, do we shift the “fulcrum” of the forces crushing our lives significantly, or not?

After enduring nearly 50 years of this endless cycle, I’ve come to the conclusion that replacing “life” with “other people” would be even more accurate here.
