You might be safe what kind of Hondas are those, are they khitomer Accords?
Wow, this wordplay has layers.
Good thing there’s a neutral zone in between.
So there’s a cloaked pickup flying a Romulan flag in the street?
OP. It’s time to have a clear plastic flag with white for the Romulan empire made and placed at the edge of your property.
I want to live in this neighborhood so badly. If anyone can get me into a rental in that neighborhood, I will fly the flag of Bajor!
You may be in a neighborhood like that already! You just need to be the first to fly the flag.
My nearest neighbor is a km/half a mile away, and she has no interest in star trek. The only flag she flies has MAGA on it :(
So a ferengi
Ferengi at least follow rules, give me them or even the Borg before a bunch of Y’all Qaeda
They’re the Pakleds
Weaponized ignorance. Nailed it.
Those bastards!
grins Dukatly
Flags you say? What’s your stance on statues of benevolent rulers?
No statues to the butcher of Bajor!
What about the Hero of Canton? The man they call Jane?
Praise be Vera and his bunk!
The only problem with the Klingon flag is that when you first glance it from a distance, well…
True story. Flew our Klingon flag… neighbors thought it was a nazi flag. Had to explain…“no, no, we are not Nazis (I’m actually Jewish). We are just really big geeks.” Yeah…that was the last time we flew that one.
It looks nothing like a swastika. Is it just because of the colors?
the colours and layout. If I didn’t know it was a Klingon flag I would guess the middle symbol is fascist from context. It’s clearly based on the nazi flag
It’s an inverted Japanese flag with the Klingon logo in the middle.
It’s the colours.
When I was five, my mum tied red, white and blue ribbons in my hair for the royal wedding. Obviously my hair ribbons didn’t resemble the Union Jack. But everyone knew what they represented, nonetheless.
I was just thinking that. If I didn’t know what it was beforehand driving past it, I’d assume it was a Nazi swastika. Wonderful of that neighbor though. tlhIngan maH! taHjaj!
Yep. Our friends flew one for a 4th of July party and one of the party guests took them aside and explained what it looked like to a casual observer.
And the UFP flag is giving globe emoji on first glance
Me, down the street: “THE ROMULAN EMPIRE WILL RISE AGAIN!”
If it ever fell. They’re the sneakiest of the main species, I wouldn’t put it past them to have a foundation caste. Ie. One empire on this side of the galaxy one on the other side with a underlying society to sorta regulate interactions.
Neighbor next door is a Romulan flag, you just can’t see it.
Crappy house down the street with the Camaro on cinder blocks and beer cans all over the lawn has a Cardassian flag.
The pushy evangelical church down the street has the Bajoran flag
Prophets be with you, my child.
Grabs your ear.
The minister seems nice and well meaning enough but…kinda creepy and you don’t want to be alone with her
She’s busy sleeping with the enemy at this point.
Neighbor next door is a Romulan flag, you just can’t see it.
Well played
I can’t tell how serious you are but I love the DS9 analogy.
The actual Cardassian flag, or the Dukat one that says “Make Cardassia Strong Again”?
*Make Bajor Great Again.
Would need a root cellar in the backyard that leads to God.
Glory to you, and your house.
This has been the single greatest post on this community so far.
Your neighbors probably: today is a good day to die.
Huh, amatures. We didn’t bother with the Klingon flag, we had the symbol put into our block paved drive.
Other neighbor next door:
This would obviously be where Jeffrey Combs lives.
That entire side of the street is his houses, they all look completely different and were built at different times but they’re all very nice houses and people love them.
Ferenginar? Andoria? Cybertron?
Is the road the Neutral Zone?
It would be if the neighbors hung the romulan empire flag.

I wish I had cool (uncool?) neighbors like that. Mine just never trim their encroaching hedges, and generally seem friendly but slightly ominous - like cardassians or romulans, come to think of it.
Cardassians would have slaves to trim the hedges tho
