Which lemmy user do you recommend following to stay updated on certain news topics? (the person in question can be from any community here on lemmy)

    You’re right; the question wasn’t meant to limit ourselves to a single user, but to expand our scope from just feddit to the entire lemmy so we dont become echo chamber. This question is meant more as a appreciation post from/for the lemmy users.

      do you know every user - no matter what instance they use - can write in that subreddit? Most of the posts in my timeline are not from feddit.org - maybe follow some other communities as well?

      Lemmy is (like reddit) community based. You might be interested in mastodon users though. You can specifically follow useres and read (and appreciate) their accounts.
