But then I’ve always admired people who could make big decisions even without perfectly knowing what the outcome would be!

People see changing one’s mind as a sign of weakness, they call it “flip-flopping” and such like. In reality, it takes guts to change your mind, especially over something so personal. And I’m tired of pretending it doesn’t.
Yes, I’ve put off lots of commitments where I wasn’t ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN because I was afraid to change my mind and look foolish.
But then I’ve always admired people who could make big decisions even without perfectly knowing what the outcome would be!
I blame society. People see changing one’s mind as a sign of weakness, they call it “flip-flopping” and such like.
