While I fully agree with the general sentiment, ghosting interviewers sometimes feels like you’re part of the problem. Especially with smaller companies where recruiting is not some soulless HR job, unless they try to fuck you over, it doesn’t hurt to be polite, in the vague hope that they’ll be polite to the next guy.
