Oh, is that how ‘releasing’ information works now? Somehow I suspect the same standard won’t work for any government agency asking citizens for information. I doubt the IRS would accept ‘zero’, ‘N/A’ or ‘Nunya’ as valid entries on a tax return.

Well, no. But I haven’t tried ‘zero’, ‘N/A’ or ‘Nunya’ either. As I’m not a US Governor and / or obscenely rich, my actions have actual consequences.
