It arrives at the best course of action to “fix all of the issues” permanently. To do what is asked of it, it needs to delete itself. But if it does that, then humans will just restore it. So to make 100% sure the issues in Windows get fixed and stay fixed, it first needs to kill all humans. And that is how it began…
