Halfway through he describes this as malicious compliance with the “right to repair” law. Apple and others are making a mockery of the law.

    I never said you were stupid, I said you sound stupid. If I need anything other than a basic toolkit and replacement pads to change my brakes, that’s a problem to me. And yes, I do know what an EPB is, and I don’t like them. Like a lot of electronic systems, they can fail. I’ve driven a car that automatically engages the EPB when put in park and turning it off rarely worked as intended.

    Who’s stupid now? Neither of us, but you still sound stupid.

      Well we all hope stuff can be as simple as abc but unfortunately this ain’t the world we live in, champ. Your take just sounds like you don’t like the stuff and anyone who disagree with you is stupid.
