I already bought gifts for my C64 because of Saint Nicholas Day, which we celebrate on December 6th in my country. The shopping list included:
- Retroscaler 2x ~45 $
- S Video/Chinc AV cable ~5,50 $
- Joystick (second-hand but high quality) ~ 20,5 $
- SD2IEC with Ogryzek Cartridge (for fast loading) (second-hand also) ~ 33 $
I am adding the purchase of parts for DIY Pi1541 project to my wish list for the future. I want to learn something about electronics.

I have 15" and 19" color CRT TVs that should work nicely with it. I’m planning to order a couple of joysticks and a set of paddle controllers for it.
Other than that, all I have to offer are a 1541-II and an off-brand datasette, neither of which probably work.
