I’ve been enjoying Scientific American’s sudokus a lot this year. They follow an almost-daily schedule throughout the weekdays:

• Monday is an Easy one
• Tuesday a Medium
• Wednesday is Hard
• Thursday is “Expert”
• Friday is Killer Sudoku
