That’s how I started exercising! I bought a smol dumbbell and did some light stuff with it, stopped for a while, picked it back up, and eventually, it turned into a habit. I’m by no means a strongman or a powerlifter, but I’m in decent shape, have a (very small) home gym, and started going to an actual gym with way more equipment this year (why did I waste time and money on a home gym?). It’s fun, keeps me busy, and is good for me. It’s also a great feeling when you see your lifts get heavier and heavier over time!

    • “I’ll definitely do it consistently.”

    … 1 month later…

    • “Damn, where had I put my barbell?”

my trick is that if i think about exercising and i haven’t done it yet today, i have to do it as soon as possible. has worked, except for when i dont think about it but i end up thinking about it the next day.

I see you got a bunch of chips there, that’s great! You’ll need that extra caloric intake to gain some muscle.
