This was corrupt AF for Judge Cervera to state this especially since they were not even party to that claim. This judge was only present for requesting the moronic agents to review policy with the Chief Judge. Other factors abused by DOJ was to blame but that shameful Judge Cervera just wrecked our state courts across the nation handing them over to the authoritarian federal police.
“Judges shouldn’t be helping defendants evade arrest,” Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Kristela Cervera told a jury.

Judges should (and up until now do) have wide discretion over how to run their courts.
Also, this nonsense is going to have a chilling effect on people being willing to legitimately go to court.
