Just proxy all the SSL connections, use MITM certificates and break/inspect the data, capturing it to your own PCAP Servers. EDIT: There’s more to it than that, but these are some of the fundamentals.

How is it impossible? Just proxy all the SSL connections, use MITM certificates and break/inspect the data, capturing it to your own PCAP Servers.
