Hang with my dad for a bit. When he’s lucid, he’ll pop Forrest Gump voices, poke fun at gender neutral pronouns and talk loudly in the open about my gay neighbors (who are amazing). I don’t think I’ve ever seen “oh look it’s a homosexual” as a boomer humor joke, but definitely a lot of using LGBT as a sideshow.
