Quick one, had a cup of coffee over lunch and I can’t sleep now, any way to get rid of the caffeine induced insomnia? (Other than not drinking that shit, but too late for me now, it’s 4:15 and I’m still fucking awake, feel like my heart could give out any monute ffs)
Some things that have worked sometimes for me (they don’t always work): walk, hot shower, read a novel until you’re sleepy, chamomile tea.
After I got prescribed sleeping pills, the pills always work :)

Yea, I’m OK with adding us but since we aren’t an official recognised migrated community by the mods from /r/gunners I’ll leave it to EFG to decide on if he wants to submit us.
