The game is cracked already; what’s the point pursuing someone that just removes PSN from legal copies?
There’s a reason they want all the legal copies to have PSN login, if they were fine with it getting bypassed they wouldn’t have made it a requirement in the first place

Lock you into their eco system and sell more of your data
To sell them more games and merchandise and sell any data it collects.
