How have I not heard of this before! Mindbloom linked above isn’t available in my state, but it looks like there are a few clinics in my area.

Crazy but I’ve feel like I’ve had depression since middle school too, plus anxiety for as long as I can remember. I’ve kind of just learned to live with it. I’ve thought about meds and therapy but never actually took any steps forward with them.
