Are white, middle class, not provably disabled, not gay, with no criminal history, with at least one million in assets, as long as you don’t have a history of activism, already are hired by a local company, and have a STEM degree.
I checked out Canadian requirements. The first stage of screening asks your name, email and year of birth - which only goes back to 1970. So apparently I’m too old.
Hey, that’s not entirely fair. Russia is more than happy to accept Americans, so long as they’re willing to be cannon fodder for a while. I’m pretty sure they’re not even putting an age limit on it. If you survive, you may even get a small flat afterwards. And if you don’t, they may give your parents money for a Lada (providing they were Russian citizens already).

That number specifically indicates that they’re probably using a positive integer amount of seconds since the epoch (jan 1st, 1970). Rookie mistake.

IMO any American who wants to emigrate to Russia is welcome to become topsoil in Ukraine.
