Android has that issue too. Can’t install the same app via fdroid and play store. Sounds logical though. Even Arch pacman won’t continue of it detects existing files it doesn’t know about.

Everybody uses Arch btw, can’t quit Vim, <loves/tolerates/hates> systemd, and wants to interject for a moment. You can stop now.
