Killer is long dead though
It is still important to be able to identify the suspect of such a crime regardless if they are alive or dead by the time they can be named.
Identify the perpetrator you mean? The suspect had been long identified
I completely forgot the US still uses lie detectors… Jesus christ, what a backwards country.
They at least block them in court, so while law enforcement can use them, “results” from them are not admissible in court.
