Louisiana is definitely low on the list, but Mississippi and Alabama are 1000% worse. It seems like those two constantly fight to be in last place
Spoken as someone who doesn’t travel those 3 states. Alabama is head and shoulders above the other 2.
Oh, I do travel through there. I hate it for many, many reasons
