There are two times I can remember this happening off the top of my head. The first time was many years ago, and I don’t really remember the context, I think it was something to do with a subway train, but the song was “Celestia’s Ballad”. The second time was last night: in last night’s dream I downloaded the song “Orange” from Toradora onto my phone before walking home in the rain after going to some welfare thing.

…It probably says something about who I am as a person that it would be a My Little Pony song and then an anime song. To be fair I have also on occasion heard completely made-up songs, only to wake up and realize that I don’t know how to use music making tools, and thus that banger fades from my memory. But that’s not what this thread is about.

Edit: Oh, I just remembered I had another dream in which I heard the song “The Riddle” by Nik Kershaw.

    I can hear music frequently in dreams. What sucks though is sometimes I’ll compose a song and forget most of it when I wake up.

    I remember making an animated Disney that took place in medieval China and had a romantic subplot. I only remember ten notes and eight words.
