When baking, I take the right amount of butter with 1g of accuracy.
The more butter you add the righter it becomes.

I‘ve got this in a less accurate but more versatile way: I can do this ±50gr of almost anything
With flour and sugar only because I know how much fits on a spoon. With butter it’s just magic.
