At first I read your comment and disagreed entirely, but thinking about it, you’re probably right. Since Zouh, Bottas, KMag and Perez left then he’s probably down there near the bottom.
But, the gulf between Stroll and Hulk is huge, I think that’s why the comparison seems a little unfair at first. It’s not that Hulk is bad, far from it, but he’s had a long tenure in F1 with no oustanding results to show for it.
Aside from Stroll, I can’t think of a less deserving driver to be in F1.

That’s exactly how I feel! Stroll also doesn’t deserve to be there. Hulk has more skill but it hasn’t paid off.
I’m very surprised to see him compared to Stroll. I think he’s doing a pretty good job all things considered.
0 podiums 0 wins. That’s not good.
Podiums and wins? In a Haas? You’re kidding or trolling 😂
I think you’re forgetting he hasn’t always driven for Haas. He’s been in competitive cars before and still couldn’t produce. Force India, Renault.
I’d say he has an incredible talent to join teams when they’re in an uncompetitive slump.
FI and Renault during his tenure were mid-tier at best.
Yeah because elite teams don’t want him.
In fairness, Mercedes wanted him to replace Rosberg but he’d just signed with another team, Renault maybe.
But it’s not always a meritocracy. Teams might choose drivers for money, sponsors, marketability, stuff like that.
This further proves why Hulk doesn’t deserve a spot.
