It’s funny and cute but please don’t make your cat wear this all the time.
It looks loose enough to me for the cat to remove it by itself. But yeah cats are usually not fans of stuff attached to them.
I really hope he isn’t wearing that all day. Cats are sensitive creatures and even plastic chains can snag their fur and overstimulate them.
