I would bet money this results in a mess of data centers in Hungary, maybe Serbia, maaaaybe Texas.
Is 12 billion not more than the company is worth? How is this possible, and why would anyone buy these?
The value of the shares is the number times the current share price, they’d naturally be worth less.
